1) Digital Products — No Physical Returns

All purchases are for digital font files and/or digital licenses. We do not accept physical returns because no physical goods are shipped.

2) Refund Eligibility

We may issue a refund in the following cases:

A. Duplicate Purchase
You accidentally purchased the same font/license more than once.
✅ Eligible if requested within 7 days of purchase.

B. Technical Delivery Failure
You did not receive download access due to a confirmed system issue and we cannot provide the files within a reasonable time.
✅ Eligible after troubleshooting attempts.

C. Corrupted or Incorrect File Provided
The delivered file is corrupted or clearly incorrect (e.g., wrong font file) and we cannot fix or replace it promptly.
✅ Eligible after verification.

D. Unauthorized Transaction (Fraud)
If you believe your payment was unauthorized, contact us immediately. We will investigate and may request supporting information from your payment provider.
✅ Eligible where verified.

3) Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the font
  • Not reading the product description/license terms before purchase
  • Compatibility issues due to your device/software environment (unless the product page explicitly guaranteed compatibility and it fails)
  • You downloaded/accessed the files successfully and the product matches the description
  • You purchased the wrong license type for your intended use (e.g., personal vs commercial)
  • Minor subjective dissatisfaction with style (fonts are creative products)

4) Cancellation Policy

Because digital delivery can be instant:

  • Orders generally cannot be canceled once download access has been provided.
  • If you contact us immediately after purchase and the file has not been delivered/accessed, we may cancel the order and refund at our discretion.

5) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@yunxuconvergentech.store with:

  • Order number
  • Purchase email address
  • Product name
  • Reason for request
  • Screenshots or error messages (if the issue is technical)

We will respond within [24–48 hours] and may ask for additional details to verify the issue.

6) Refund Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [3–7 business days].
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

7) Support Before Refund (Best Practice)

If your issue is technical (download link not working, file opening problem), we will first try to resolve it by:

  • re-sending download links,
  • providing alternate download methods,
  • replacing the file,
  • offering installation guidance.

If we cannot resolve the issue, we will process an eligible refund.

8) License & Misuse

Refunds may be refused if we detect:

  • abusive refund behavior,
  • distribution/sharing of files contrary to the license,
  • repeated chargebacks without contacting support.

This does not limit your legal rights.
